The Staff at The Kid Ranch

All lead teachers hired at the kid ranch will be hired with experience.  All staff that are hired at the center will go through an extensive written interview as well as an observation period in the classroom. From the written interviews the best 2 to 3 applicants will be observed in the classroom and then the best of the two/three chosen for the position.  No staff will be hired until they are actually observed in the classroom interacting with the children.  We can never be too careful in hiring the perfect staff for your children.  We want to ensure that when we hire we have to best person for the job.  By observing the staff in the classroom before hiring it ensures that we have picked the best applicant for the job.

Curriculum

The Kid Ranch uses a theme based curriculum.  Each classroom will have certain guidelines to follow for their age group.  The staff for that room will ensure that they plan a developmentally appropriate plan for their classroom each month.

Extra Curricular Activities

Stretch N Grow is a weekly fitness program provided to all children ages 2 to 5 years of age at the Kid Ranch. Weekly a trained fitness instructor holds 30 minute fitness sessions with each age group. This is a program provided by The Kid Ranch at no extra cost to the parent.

Discipline

Redirection is the first form of discipline used at the center.  If this fails to solve the problem at hand then we will use “take a break.”  This will be determined by an appropriate amount of time based on the child’s age.

Tuition

All tuition is due by the first of each month. Tuition may be paid with Cash, Check or Money order. We also accept visa and mastercard. There is a 3% processing fee when paying with visa or mastercard. Tuition can be broken into two monthly payments ½ on the 1st and ½ on the 15th if needed. This must be arranged and approved by the office. The center also has available automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings account. This can also be set up with the office.

We do not accept CCMS.
